Please be advised that if we recomend a colour choice it is usually for the benefit of you the consumer and or the surface being coloured. The reason we sometimes make these choices is the fact that carpet manufacturers dye certain carpets certain colours for a reason. This is why some carpets prematurely fade due to the incorrect choice by the consumer and or carpet retailer; due to the fact that certain types of carpets are also recomended or not recomended for certain areas. EXAMPLE; Polypropylene is not recomended for areas that get greasy this is due to the fact they are dyed by grease. AND this so called unstainable carpet has to be thrown out unless you use our Polypropylene Dye Service that we invented a number of years ago.

EXAMPLE; premature fading can be caused by placing carpeted surfaces to close to reflective surfaces or windows in incorrect places or dyeing the fabric / carpet too darker shade. This is due to the fibre only having a certain number of dye points available for dye to sit in.

*The results of the jobs are totally dependent on the treatment of the Fabric, Carpet prior to restoration, protection or dyeing etc. and should any fault be evident are not a fault of the applicator.
