Carpet Cleaning

We have found in over 50 years of carpet cleaning that hot water extraction method of cleaning is good sometimes but, in an effort to save you money we developed our range or products to use a cold water extraction method. This method when used by even you the consumer gives far better results without the damaging heat and saving you money both in the short and long term.

For whatever reason, this may not be suitable to your circumstances. It is good to know that we offer you a choice! If you are unsure, our operators will be happy to discuss the most suitable option with you. All our operators carry hand tools, for small/tight areas, and are some of the few carpet cleaners who use step tools.

EXTRA things to NOTE:

We move whatever furniture one man is able to move e.g. lounges, beds on castors, bedside cabinets etc. In the event that a heavier piece of furniture needs to be moved we request that either you are available to assist or that you make arrangements for another person to assist. Removing dry soils by vacuuming first is essential to the final finish. Depending on your needs, we are able to vacuum your carpets prior to cleaning, however, this will incur an additional charge. We will perform this service for you should you wish but with our warning as seen above.

EXTRA things to NOTE:

Protection should only be carried out after the carpet or upholstery has been cleaned. At that time the process only takes approximately 10 minutes per room or single seating position on a lounge. The carpet / upholstery should not be used until protection has completely cured or dried. Drying can vary according to weather conditions and usually takes half an hour to between one to two hours at the most.

Pest control that works

Shady areas are more likely to develop problems than sunny areas.
