Barring some catastrophic event, we always send out your order confirmation EMAIL within 24 hours. The most common reason that our customers don’t receive their EMAIL is because of email filtering. We have especially noticed problems with many new style email providers. Please check your junk mail/SPAM folder or your deleted folder before contacting us. If the EMAIL is not there, then drop us a line at admindo at gmail dot com , and we’ll resend it!
ALSO, please be sure you are giving PayPal a correct and current email address and Phone number. We can’t get the email or product to you if we don’t have the right addresses!
